Full Stack Developer Position Overview

We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Developer to join our remote development team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in backend development using Java, practical hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, and strong working knowledge of at least one modern frontend framework such as Angular, React.js, or Node.js. Experience with Python will be considered an additional advantage.

This role is ideal for a highly driven individual passionate about building scalable, reliable, and high-performing applications, with a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end technologies. Excellent English communication skills are non-negotiable as this role involves daily collaboration with global clients and cross-functional teams.

Full Stack Developer Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (backend), AWS (cloud services), and a modern frontend framework

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to implement and deliver scalable solutions

• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic ensuring high performance and responsiveness

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices

• Debug, test, and deploy applications in various cloud-based environments

• Participate actively in code reviews, peer programming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks, contributing to continuous improvement efforts

Required Skills & Qualifications

Backend Technologies

• Proven hands-on experience with Java (recent and relevant projects)

• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns

Cloud Technologies

• Practical, project-based experience with AWS services (deployment, configuration, scalability, security)

Frontend Frameworks

(Must have experience in at least one of the following)

• Angular

• React.js

• Node.js

Scripting/Logic

• Working experience with Python is an advantage (optional but desirable)

General Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of full-stack application architecture

• Expertise in RESTful API development and integration

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and participation in Scrum/stand-up meetings
